What we agree
to deliver.

Diagnostic scope

$1,500 USD, paid once, covers one AI workflow, one agreed rubric and up to 100 customer-labeled cases. The engagement reviews saved outputs and evaluation code, recounts the baseline, compares supplied matched alternatives where available, and provides written findings, per-case results, reusable scoring artifacts and a 30-minute handoff.

Start and delivery

The target is five business days after Proprioceptive AI accepts complete inputs and confirms a start date. Checkout reserves an intake request; it does not promise an immediate start. We confirm scope and capacity before beginning work.

What needs separate scope

New live model runs, compute charges, hidden-state instrumentation, steering experiments, production integration, security certification, large-scale labeling and ongoing support are not included in the diagnostic. A $7,500 Causal Control Pilot is available only after written scope agreement. The diagnostic fee counts toward that pilot once, for the same workflow and customer.

Results

You are purchasing the described engineering work and artifacts. A particular accuracy gain, reduction in errors or successful intervention is not guaranteed. A well-supported null or adverse finding is part of the deliverable.

Cancellation

You may cancel for a full refund before work begins. If we cannot accept the scope or provide an agreed start date, we refund the payment. After work begins, any change or cancellation is agreed in writing based on work performed. Contact logan@proprioceptiveai.com with your order reference. There is no automatic renewal.

Customer materials and confidentiality

You retain ownership of your supplied materials. You must have permission to provide them. Use redacted or synthetic cases in this initial workflow; credentials and regulated personal records require a separately agreed access arrangement and must not be uploaded here. We use engagement materials for the engagement and do not publish them or use them to train models without written permission.

Deliverables

You may use the delivered findings and engagement-specific reproduction artifacts internally. Pre-existing Proprioceptive AI methods, software and model assets remain separate and require an express license where supplied. Any additional statement of work specifies its own deliverables and permissions.
